Programming Style

An important success factor in the field of software engineering is that as a programmer you are allowed to think and work in your own programming style, otherwise productivity is suffering. To investigate the inner workings and the overall functionality of any given software package, these two traits are of paramount importance: a coherent concept of the architecture and the utter appearance of the source code viewed in the source code editor.

Software engineers and teams often write their code in different styles (i. e. comments, indentation, blank lines, etc.) while they have to maintain different coding standards (i. e. inline documentation, timestamps, guidelines, etc.) demanded by the customer or the project manager. That said, I shall be happy to coordinate with you as the customer on the programming styles and standards that your source code should maintain to facilitate the continuous assessment and the final approval of the software delivered.
